IDENTIFYING A GENUINE HERITAGE 90 (2000)
Afternoon folks,
I'm having trouble confirming that my 2000 Heritage 90 is a genuine example. The printout from BMIH Trust gives basic factory build information but no reference to it being a LE model such as the Heritage.

This is leading to difficulty obtaining an agreed valuation insurance cover.

Any suggestions would be helpful,
Thanks,

....and an MX5 (2002)
....and a Hayter Heritage 30" (2010)
....and a Rover 650E with a detachable mulcher - but the last two are mowers. (2010)

Hi Ken, I had the same problem when I had mine. The Heritage is only ever listed as a 90 county sw and doesn't have a sv plate or similar. For someone to go to the bother of copying would be extremely difficult. The features of the Hereitage are :
Bronze or light green paint with colour coded freestyle wheels, light surrounds and door mirrors
silver bumper, grill, hinges and sidesteps
retro badging
white roof
green leather seats
chrome surrounds to ivory dials with td5 rev counter

Hi Jeremy,
It's great to hear from a fellow owner, it's amazing to see pictures of another just like mine. your check list matches exactly what I've got, the only minor detail still to address is re-applying the "TD5" stickers to the quarter panels.

I know of only one other here in NI, and remarkably it's somewhere within six miles from me, although I've only seen it on the road once. I've just had info regarding the owner, so I hope to link up sometime with a view to doing a photo shoot of the two together.

Thanks for responding to my enquiry, I'll try A Plan asap- have you any contact details for them?

Looking forward to hearing from you,

We're a wavey lot, us LR owners.
I often forget when I'm driving anything else and only realise when I don't get the response I expected.
Same happens in the MX5, as it did in my 2cvs and minis I've owned. Gets a bit snobby by the time you get to Discos etc, a lot of their owners seem a bit sniffy - Psudo-rich or something. I don't think anyone driving a D3 or D4 has ever returned my wave from mine.

Not mine but I like it.

Looks okay, but first I wondered about the reason its on fleabay, and so low priced. Then when I see the pic I note it doesn't have the correct wheels. Makes me wonder what else might be a little out of step?
Could be innocent enough and just he's trying to invite a bidding war, but in any case, I have mine already. ...and a D4 (2011)

The wheels on the 110 heritage are correct and what were supplied from the factory.
Price - seems ok to me. Unfortunately the td5 heritage is not worth a great deal more than a standard well preserved td5 in my opinion.

My 110 was a Heritage spec before being resprayed in matt black and various other changes. The inner roof is white and it still had most of the green leather seats.
