Swaledale Green Laning
Sunday June 5th. For those who aren't familiar with the area its North Yorkshire.

One of the best green lane trips in the UK there is (in my view). Meet at 0915, set off at 0930 - meeting point will be advised to those who confirm but will be not far from Masham.

lunch on the lanes - not enough time* for a pub stop.

CB essential.

Spaces for 5 vehicles plus mine.

*This trip needs a decent pace, by decent I don't mean being silly and going too fast, I mean there won't be time to stop and chat after a tricky bit. It's all non-damaging but you'll need AT or MT tyres, standard TRs etc aren't upto it. I'll PM those who confirm nearer the time with exact location of meeting, time etc.

Right Guys looking forward to this... its going to take 2 and half hours to get to the meet point from where we live so i think we will be camping up there somewhere.....have any of you got any ideas of where would be close for us or closer than where we are to Camp... Karl if you want a campsite there are a couple in kettlewell which isn't far away, and a good pub too.

Not a specific one, but kettlewell is a really nice village and only up the road from the start of the trip.

Will take u's about 5 hours to get there, but I'm a driving machine Twisted Evil

Only issue I have, minor..... My defender is due back in the uk from Spain Thursday this week so that gives LR 2 weeks to turn it around and fix it........ Will the hire car shogun do it Question Whistle
