Does anyone know the purpose of the two exposed terminals (C2 and 31) on the top of the standard Puma flasher unit YWT500050 (a Wehrle 13 201 103)? Why are they there and why are they exposed? Can they be exploited for anything useful?

Having had a skim of the product catalogue, I think it may be something to do with bulb analysis. I've no idea how that might be implemented on a Defender though. Darren

I think they are for a secondary trailer warning lamp if you have two trailers connected.
This would be most applicable to tractors etc 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon 1990 Vogue SE Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200 Td5 90 Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic50767.html Tdi 110 Thread https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic69562.html RRC Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic54492.html Instagram http://www.instagram.com/george_grafton |

Both of our tractors have two trailer warning lights, as we only ever have one thing connected I've never seen both flash unless the hazard warning lights are on, in which case all indicator related lights flash. I'd imagine if there was a 42 watt load both would flash? 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon
