Cheers Buddy, the mods we have done so far have made her run a lot better! Just ordered today the EGR bypass kit, should make it run a bit smoother! |

Yes that will help it run much better make sure ( i hope it's not to late ) you keep the EGR stuff that you took off 1996 Golf Blue 300Tdi 110 Pick up.

Yes only ordered the egr delete kit yesterday, so won’t be here for a few days. Will of course keep the old egr and associated parts, should I need to fit them back on in the future. |

Just an update, we ordered the EGR delete kit from Alisport and got it fitted last week.
Beautiful piece of engineering. And of course wit that kit you don’t need to remove the other pipes, just the EGR itself. As you can see it was in an awful state. Motor seems to respond so much better now in the mid range too!
