From 255/85/16 KM2 to 275/70/18 All terrain
I've a set of 255/85/16 BFG KM2's on the double cab at the moment but don't get a chance to do much offroading anymore so I'm thinking of getting an all terrain tyre,

There's no options in the 255/85/16 range so was thinking of 285/75/16 or 275/70/18. Do the 18's rub? Tdci 110 DC

It's going to be down to what offset the 18' wheel is.
the 275/70/18 tyre is almost the identical height to the 255s you've already got on.

It's on a zero offset wheel at moment but the new wheels would be +10 so 21mm closer to the suspension/trailing arms Tdci 110 DC

Yes I've heard they fit but I want a 33" wheel but can't find much info on them online. Tdci 110 DC

The +10 offset will be 10mm closer to the arms than on ET 0 not 21mm , the overall width of the vehicle will stay roughly the same due to the wider tyres..

On 285s you'll probably have to turn the steering stops in a couple of notches and lose some steering lock.
