I have a question - I am getting ready to do a major service on my 2008 Land Rover Defender 110 trying to eliminate some severe oil leaks from the engine, transmission and transfer case. I live in Grenada, West Indies with no LR dealer or shop on island. I have the electronic version of the service manual from Padock which lists lots of special tools required. The Service Manual lists the part numbers for the tools, however when I look up the part numbers on the JLR Tooling and Equipment Web Shop (https://jlrequipment.service-solutions.com/en-US/Pages/home.aspx) I have only been able to find a few of the tools - most come up with no resluts. Is there a better way to look these part numbers up? Thanks for your help!

Happy to buy the Ford parts - that has crossed my mind. But the problem remains - how do I figure out what tools the part numbers in the service manual translate to? Either Ford or Land Rover... They don't make it easy!

I would probably get a Ford tool catalogue and compare the drawings to the Land Rover ones.
