Look at home....

After years of serious off roading, trialling, comps etc. I decided to take it easy and buy a nice 90 to do some expeditions..
Firstly we were going to do Morocco, the usual.
So we've decided that as the UK has so many beautiful places, years laning in the Peaks, Wales and the Lakes has revealed so many fab places...
This year we are going to do the UK....
With a converted Sankey and all the kit, we will be doing Shropshire, Wales, Lakes and Scotland, up to Applecross, then down through Yorkshire Moors, Peak District then home.....
UK is fab.....weather permitting

2001 Defender 110 Td5 DCPU Chawton White

We did much the same a couple of years ago - in prep for a trip that never happened...

We did wales, the lakes, scotland, some of the scottish isles over the course of 3 weeks in my discovery. I really enjoyed it but it mostly convinced my mrs she didn't fancy spending that long travelling, so the overlanding plans have been scaled back a bit since then
