Puma TDCi 2.4 2010 - Puff of smoke on slight throttle change
Puma TDCi 2.4 2010 - Puff of black smoke on slight throttle change or brief throttle lift-off at motorway speeds (UK 70mph)

There is no smoke from the exhaust under startup or heavy acceleration.

I had exactly the same issue earlier in the year, although mine flagged an engine warning light at the same time. It turned out to be a failed mass air flow sensor. A cheap-ish and very simple fix on the driveway, hopefully someone can advise if it could be the same?
