More mods this week
With the decent weather, I’ve managed to get a few more mods done in prep for our trip to Croatia and Italy at the end of summer.

Rear Front Runner ladder, ready for Roof Rack, 12V and USB plugs on the rear speaker panel, such a quick and simple mod.

The rear cargo rails, Thanks Brendan, they fit, with a little cutting of the checker rubber, into the original tie down bolt holes. Just two holes needed to be drilled.

Lastly, with USB on the cubby panel now, I replaced the 12v socket in the dash with a volt meter, getting the old 12v socket out was a PITA.

I’m also on a purge of covering every exposed bolt / nut head with black rubber caps. It’s amazing how something so simple, and cheap, makes a lot of difference inside and outside.

Did the volt meter in the dash go straight in or did the hole have to be enlarged? Just away to swap my cigar lighter for twin usb...

Had to get the dremel out, not much, but enough to get it to fit easily.

I bought them in different sizes M4 to M12 in bulk. PM me and I’ll send you a handful to cover them.
