We use britannia breakdown via our nationwide current account and can’t fault them! Given all the other insurance products etc it’s cheap, after intrest I think it’s about £7 a month.

Yes had ADAC for years and they were slowly reducing what they would recover and this year they refused to renew, stating that they can no longer economically cover those with home addresses outside Germany.
Last year they had stopped taking on new cusomters without German addresses but this year it includes those already with policies. Funny that as I renewed my ADAC membership just a couple of weeks ago, had confirmation that all was well etc too. That said I had heard that they were no longer taking on new business outside of Germany. Steve.
