Dynamic timing spacer
Has anyone has used the Dynamic timing spacer?

I saw this listed and wondered if anyone here had tried it and what the actual gains are?

I know it's popular on the Cummins but wondered if there are really gains on the 200/300tdi.

Thumbs Up

There is stuff on youtube about it, admittedly though posted by the people selling them! I have just bought one so will be interested to see if it works.

I was thinking of using a gauge to check the static timing of the pump. Then maybe advancing it and hoped maybe someone had tried measuring the difference with the ring fitted. I was unsure if the effect of is the same as just advancing the pump on the pulley a few degrees.

Let me know how you find it.

I'm interested as my engine feels like its lacking in power. I think its slightly down but not sure so when time allows I will by a gauge and measure pump and then adjust accordingly.
