Does anyone have a guide on the bits to do for a cross/x-member replacement?
Mine failed on MOT again and this time I just need to replace it's far enough gone. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Oh, and the exhaust got in on the MOT as well. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge |

My MOT guy does like his crayons, there are a few other issues to sort before it will pass the MOT but the Cross member is the big one. I have ordered a Galvanised one, also some Raptor Paint. Not sure which method to use for painting it yet but time will tell.
My rough idea is, tow bar off, fuel tank out, exhaust off. |
