Whatever happened to the YAK or did succeed against a LR
Visited the Science Museum today (what a great day out and for free) and spotted this, made me wonder whatever happened to the mark?

I must say this is the first one I have ever seen.

Interesting post gilarion.

I used to go walking in Nepal (a few decades ago!) and there were some 4x4 vehicles in the mountains called Yaks. I always thought they were from China. Is there a Chinese 4x4 called YAK?

Now there was about zero chance of them passing a UK MOT. When approaching a police post in the hills we disimbarked just out of sight of the police post, walked through the police post and climbed back on board just out of sight. Am not saying that the YAKs were overloaded or anything.

It's a cracking museum isn't it Gilarion, and as you say, it's free.
Last time we went, we couldn't do it justice in a single day.
We'll be going back - and I'll be sure to check out the Yak Thumbs Up

The 'styling' of the Yak does remind a little of the Bollinger B1. Rolling with laughter

According to the government's MOT history site, that Yak hasn't been taxed since 1990 and it has a 1.3l petrol engine.
