Serck are a well respected intercooler maker. ISTR that the Alive ones are Serck, or at least used to be. Darren

For the Tdi I think you're pretty limited to Allisport, Serck or a cheap ebay copy, as you have said the other companies don't have anything on offer for the Tdi.
My friend has an Allisport double core intercooler (not the full width one) and he is very happy with his, reduces inlet temps considerably. I have had a few goodies from allisport and can highly recommend their quality of work, just hope you don't catch them at a busy time as it took them rather long time to complete my order. |

Update.............
I have done a bit more research on this and there are only 3 firms that will supply a FULL size intercooler, which are ........ 1. Alisport 2. Allard 3. Jeremy J Fearn Serck do intercoolers for Tdi models but it is only the standard size The reason i have to have a full size intercooler is because when my radiator sprung a few leaks, i got a new full size radiator as i already had the full size intercooler fitted. So, has anyone or know of someone who has got one of these fitted please, that can report on it 1996 Golf Blue 300Tdi 110 Pick up. Keeper. Clayton. |

I think the Mr Fearn one would be an allisport or allard one, pretty sure he doesn't make his own.
Over allisport or allard, i would go allisport - much more info about on them, plus you can buy them from multiple shops |
