2007 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 DCPU Java Black

checking the pre-load ?

had an issue with the o/s cv joint and this included the same sort of noise "Big Mike" was talking about in "any ideas" which got sorted under warrenty and seemd to be about the pre load,

well now i'm out of warrenty i'm getting the first signs from the n/s, is checking the pre-load as simple as it seams and can anyone show me a vid on youtube with this and a bearing change on it that they agree with, there seem to be some differing styles of doing this job and i want to do it myself but dont want to mess up a 3 year old defender.
