200TDI Clutch Rattle - Help!
Hello
I have a 200tdi 90 and the clutch has started to make a metal sounding rattle when depressed. I don't notice it when changing gear, only when your foot is on the pedal for longer, both stationary or depressing the clutch for a few seconds while driving.
Any ideas what this could be? It is my only (useable) vehicle so need to get something sorted...

could be the thrust bearing, (clutch release bearing)
