Another layer of security can't hurt! I think it is a great visual deterrent and money well spent...

One of the best bit's of kit on the market
![]() Click image to enlarge I have drilled a small hole on the inside shell to make it easiy to fit you can just feel with your finger which way to turn to help locate the pins, I too use it very day somtimes 3 or 4 times on and off and no sign of wear |

Butchers boy said "I was thinking he has only got to clock what steering wheel I have" they haven't even got to do that a pair of mole grips do the job enough to drive away

Legin would it be possible to see a picture of the holes and where you have drilled them to assist fitting this as there is a knack to fitting it and any assistance would be appreciated

Here's my tip for fitting a Optimill Swivel Lock, First when removing the lock take out the key so the lock is in a unlocked position and always make sure the steering wheel is level .
![]() Click image to enlarge This means when offering the lock back up to the dock all you have to do push in the lock ,save's having all your keys getting in the way .Next look inside the lock and in the inner shell drill a small hole above the top location pin. ![]() Click image to enlarge Now when offering the Optimill Swivel Lock with the steering wheel level you can just feel with your finger where the hole you have drilled is and with a 5 to 10mm movement either way the two bottom pin should locate. ![]() Click image to enlarge Now just push the lock home With a bit of patience I can normaly nail it nearly very time . ![]() Click image to enlarge |
