I like it, but trouble is for me and I suspect most others that only having 2 seats rules it out..
The 3 door 110 is often the lowest priced/ hardest to shift, crazy if it were a 90 it would probably have sold even though you couldn’t sleep in it!…
it looks lovely and straight/ solid, and yet it needs a rear crossmember.. not a biggie for me, but again another tick in the no box for many ( if the crossmember needs doing what else in the future blah blah..)
I like the colour but it is an acquired taste..
You never get back what you’ve put in, especially the hidden bits, which as we all know take the time/ expense, and are never fully appreciated financially or ticking boxes..
I’d either do the crossmember so all is 110%, or drop the price a little, just my 2 penneth..

Hi Alex
Thanks for the feedback , the price is a starting point as with all vehicles, the rear crossmember is ok not even an advisory but I would rather mention it than someone turn up and pick it up as not mentioned before .apart from that the chassis is spotless I would go as far as to say , the current owner would rathe build it into the drive . It was prepped without compromise and drive rally nicely .
Let’s hope we can ding a good owner for it .
Mark

Hi Mark,

No idea on price as I'm not up on this model, however just like selling a house it has to have kerb appeal (tidy drive, hanging baskets, painted door, clean windows etc etc)

Selling a car for me is the same. Show it off...

- Selection of Good pictures (all at the same place so a nice field would do)
- Clean the car, this includes the wheels, tyres
- Empty the bits that 'make it yours' the front cloths. scraper etc
- Clean the engine bay a little, the plastic cover, washer bottle, pipes etc it all helps
- Hoover the mats

I know it may sound picky but you want to show it at its best, at the end of the day its a lot of cash.

For what you seem to get it looks good, but as others have said your never going to get back what its cost you to convert. The colour is a personal one but little you can do about that. I would take the stickers off it. Then for me the checker plate always seems to suggest somethings happening under it....

Good luck with the sale, I would spend a bit more time Cleaning it, setting it up and getting a set of good quality pictures.

Thumbs Up

Looks like a well sorted vehicle, I'd don't think the price is unreasonable.
Would have been interested but picking my new one up tomorrow hopefully.
