Soft A Bar repair

I bought a cheap a bar from eBay as I wasn’t sure I liked the look of it. It was cheap because the bumper mounting brackets were missing and the previous owner had just drilled through the front of each side and used a coach bolt and washer to attached to the bumper. Any thoughts on how best to fill the holes left? All I could think was tiger seal or similar. Is there a better option?
