Equipe Roof Console
Did anyone already install one of these?
Is it hard to do?
What electrics do I have to struggle with to get power to the roof console for my CB and the lamp in the console?
Or can i take the wire which is there already for the original lamp?

a lot of questions, I know... Neutral

I have recently bought a roof console ... the outback one ... it should be the same ...
for the lamp you can use the existing wiring...for the CB I've brought the wiring that came with the radio over the roof lining, down through the pillar next to the driver's seat and it's there, waiting for me to have a bright idea to route the wiring in to the battery ... the conection to the battery itself will be done by a professional ... I just do the dirty work! Mr. Green

when the work is finished I'll post pics ... won't be able to finish it this weekend ... Regards
Joao

I recently installed a console Corsetti

http://davidecorsetti.files.wordpress.com/...-radio.jpg

Equipe is like that, but it costs less

The work is not easy !!!!!
You must remove the front cover of the roof
In the center of the roof there is a metal reinforcement ;you must remove it(It is welded to the roof)
Cut the cover of the roof is great as the console
For the lamp you can use the existing wiring, for the CB I've brought the wiring that came over the roof lining, down through the pillar next to the right seat .
The CB antenna goes under the roof lining, from the console to the rear door .
I did not install the radio
Sorry, I haven't photos

I have a Defender 90....

....Also in the instructions of the Corsetti's Consolle is not written to remove the central roof reinforcement...
Remove the lining of the roof and try to mount the console
....I didn't understand how to do it , then I called Corsetti and they told me that I should remove the central roof reinforcement Big Cry

Try to call Equipe 4x4 (+39 02 33514438 ) or write an email to info ( info@equipe4x4.com )
