You need a specialist who is used to rebuilding diffs. Best if you can send it to someone like Ashcroft for a rebuild, or get an exchange diff from them.

Pretty sure mine is going as well but it’s been humming for 18 month now. Then it will be an Ashcroft one

Ring Xcess4x4 excellent work, can rebuiild your diff any which way you like.

we use Nigel at xcess / mega squirt as well for our competition motors and diff builds.
