Mind you, Recaro seats will take up more space. I’d stick to standard front seats

Thank you. I am wondering if the seat back on the Recaros could be adapted/removed given they are nor visible, without affecting their integrity. Perhaps cut along the line of the window sill so that the top retains the hard casing and overlaps the sill, but below is only the inner, perhaps covered in a protective material. It does seem to be the bulbous bottom half that looks too deep to offer a rearward lean. Monsieur Le Grenadier

Apparently ford c-max rear seats fit in a treat with very little fabrication .
