I have one, it's a great car to have. Versatility of 5 seats and secure load area in the rear. Finding 1 VAT qualifying will be the issue I reckon 110 D250 SE HT

My extensive research and advice today suggests the USW may well be regarded by HMRC as a car not a van for benefit in kind purposes so think I may now be looking for a nearly new 90 XS HT Rob

I run a USW as a company car and the BiK is as a van, or duel purpose ot whatever they want to call it. I certainly don't pa car rates for it.
I'm assuming that as you want it VAT qualifying you have an accountant? Speak to them, they have a book with all of the models of vehicle and wether they are classed as a car or not. 110 D250 SE HT 110 USW SOLD RRE HSE Dynamic Gone, wife killed it VOLVO XC60 R Dynamic with some toys Polaris RZR 900XP SOLD |
