Hi my 1996 110 pick up has the alloy ones fitted cant see that the plastic ones would cope with what was put in the load area
If you want some pics let me know or go on ebay, under all listings and they come up 1996 Golf Blue 300Tdi 110 Pick up. Keeper. Clayton. |

As far as I know all Td5 and TDCi Defenders have plastic ones, certainly the vehicles with the stepped tubs. If anyone knows of a source of good aftermarket aluminium replacements I would love to hear of them.

Stepped tubs have plastic covers with speakers, non stepped Pumas have the old alloy covers.
Td5s had alloy covers with exception of the XS spec CSWs which had plastic speaker ones. |

The stepped version is available with and without speakers. Puma double cabs do not have speakers in the rear tub!
Anyone know of an aftermarket metal version (without speaker holes) for the stepped tub? |
