its only too deep if you cant see out, get it to within an inch of the top of the screen

That's one way to wash the car!
I have had the water high enough in my Series 1 80" to fill my wellies when driving, and that was with no RAI or mods of any kind (the 2 litre engine has the distributor much higher than the 22286cc lump) - and before some wisecrack asks, the water in the wellies did come from outside the car. |
