Very interesting to note the tag line... "the most capable Land Rover so far"
this implies to me that they know another one is in the works and will have the tag line "the most capable Land Rover ever" A subtle but potentially important difference. R |

^^^ Let's hope so! Good spot! But is LR marketing really that subtle? James

I have a customer who is waiting on SVX info
He paid a deposit the day it was announced, but we have still heard nothing I contacted the SVO Concierge team just two weeks ago , for something to feed back to the customer after a 6month wait Apparently it is still a concept My confidence has been writing cheques that my abilities can't cash for years. |

Yeah, unfortunately they are remaining very tight lipped about this Pricing & dates are very much a mystery Not good when somebody just wants an answer to let the dealership know if he is going to go ahead or not My confidence has been writing cheques that my abilities can't cash for years. |

There have been indications of price and although delivery dates haven't been confirmed, information is filtering through and I'd suggest my comment above is close to the way it will play out. Anyone involved in marketing will know that there is a fine line between building anticipation and making the customer wait too long and therefore losing their interest. The car buying public are a fickle lot and making them wait for a niche version of a mainstream product for more than 12-months after the announcement will risk a signifigant portion of them dropping off and moving onto the next thing.
In terms of price, I'd be surprised if it isn't circa SVR money (£90k) |
