Really sorry to hear that and fingers crossed for safe return. I just wish these thieving scum would get caught and suitably punished to act as a deterrent. 2015 Defender 110 XS Utility Santorini Black, sawtooth alloys, steps and so much more...........

Tragic news. Did you park on the road? I wonder if bonnet thiefs came back for the car?

Sorry for your loss. Cant imagine what its like to be that targeted. Where I live there are probably only three Defenders in top half of province. (B.C. Canada).

I keep looking out of the window at the empty space where it should of been parked, expecting it to be there.

Any news?
Bummer, quite a difficult one to move on, either as a whole or as parts, I would have thought. Somebody somewhere must know something. I hope it shows up. Be interesting to know how they did it. My wifes friend had his house cleared whilst himself, wife and three kids were asleep upstairs, he also kicks himself as he didnt hear a thing, and when I mean cleared, cleared the lot, tv, electric goods, money, jewellery etc and to add salt to the wound they used their two cars to get away.
Scary stuff, Police just gave him a crime number, there really is too much tolerance of these scroats. Hope you get some news soon. |

We were burgled while asleep, never heard a thing, and was a tiny terraced house. It’s not a pleasant thing to have happen. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

Someone I know had there Volvo XC90 stolen last week in Flockton while they were out. They cut the power to the house and went in ransacked the place.

Police treat it as low level crime, I am sure they would like to get there hands on them though. Try telling the victims that burglary is low level, especially if your in a whilst it happens.

The "interview" was just standard procedure, got myself worked up over nothing. its a third party company employed by most insurance companies. Asked me a few questions, took some photos, that was it.
Not heard a peep about the car, nothing from the police and nothing from the Tracker company. Waiting for the insurance company to make me an offer, unless it turns up in the mean time. |
