E-brake was installed yesterday.
First, driving back to London from Coventry, so, so much more space in the footwell area with the handbrake gone. with long legs, makes a huge difference. Second, handbrake action. I had the switch installed on the face panel to the left of the steering wheel. when you press the button you can here the actuator lock the handbrake, before, I'd get the slight roll with the handbrake pulled up, not with this install. Worth it, for the comfort and space down by my legs, yes! Pictures tomorrow, although not much to show except no handbrake and a new button |

What is the "E-Brake" and where is it from? Does it replace the handbrake with a switch? Many thanks |

Yes, removes the handbrake and replaces it with switch
Makes a huge difference for us tall and long legged drives IMHO http://jemotorworks.co.uk/drivetrain/#drivetrain-defender |
