[For Sale] My Tractor.
Hi all
I have only put her on here first Smile

With much regret i have made a hard decision and i'm putting my International McCormick B414 tractor up for sale Big Cry Realistically i need the space and the money to go towards the LR90 project Wink
All i know is that she was built in the 60's and she has never been registered to go on the public roads as she was used on my mothers small holding, i have had her about 30 years now Very Happy When i first got her she was going well, but after a year she started missing, so we all assumed that it was the head gasket, but on close inspection after taking the head off it turned out that the front piston liner had cracked Sad so the decision was made and she had a total rebuild, pistons, liners, etc and ever since she has not let me down once, only my fault for letting the battery go flat Embarassed She has a weight that goes on the back for balance for the front loader, the loader has not been used for a while and the pipe work was altered to make it more easier for the back hydraulics, in one of the pics the front grill is missing, but dont worry, i have got that, it fell of one day getting the hay bales in and was never put back on Rolling Eyes she is all there but needs some extra tlc.

Please ask as many questions as you want and will try to answer them, i have asked my very reliable agri mechanic and the price is fair but not over the top for her.................

Glad your Tractor has gone to a good home Thumbs Up

I have often wondered whether the modern four wheel drive computer controlled muddy wheels of today will ever make old bones or whether they will be too complicated (or expensive) for a hobbyist to deal with?

When I bought my old Tractor, an agricultural engineer warned me against anything with a 'black box'.

I'm sure the B414 will be going for many years to come.
