ARB Trade Roof Rack- any experience?
Does anyone have any experience with the ARB trade roof racks?
I’d like a rack for general carrying duties, 3/4 length so it doesn’t come past the flat section of roof(mostly just because I prefer the look of it that way)
At some point I’m going to want to fit a hard shell tent to it, I realise the open sided racks give more options for tents but I just cannot get on with the look of those (shallow I know!) I’d love a full galvanised brownchurch but I also don’t want the weight and size of that- the arb looks like I could take it off and stow it when not required, even if I probably wouldn’t.

What will be the main use of your roof rack?
Luggage rails/side rails have serious implications on use of roof tents.
For a roof tent I would suggest 2/3 roof bars.
Would suggest you take a good look at the Nakatanenga Cargo Bear roof rack modular system.
