In terms of security, I think it's agreed that layers are best, then it's down to usability over highest level of security, do you want to spend half an hour unlocking and turning off alarms everytime you use it. Maybe consider pedal locks, steering wheel locks, security hinges, trackers or you can upgrade alarms and immobiliser if you feel necessary. Honestly, there is so much on this forum on security just do a search and read peoples opinions but don't be scared by it all
My alloys are 16" Bowler in Anthracite, couldn't quite stretch to 18" which are my favourites but had other reasons to stick with 16", so overall very pleased with them. A little tarts handbag for some but I like them James MY2012 110 2.2TDCi XS SW Orkney Grey - http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic43410.html MY1990 110 200TDi SW beautifully faded Portofino Red - https://www.defender2.net/forum/post743641.html#743641 MY1984 90 V8 Slate Grey - https://www.defender2.net/forum/post744557.html#744557 Instagram @suffolk_rovers |

thanks james il look into that and definitely get something sorted in the next week.
and to merk, already fitted the kbx high intake and side intake vents gloss black since taking these photos, then planning to get the light surrounds and grille sprayed gloss black, upgrade the headlights, change the alloys and tires to some all terrains and still unsure on which alloys to get. also get a drl bumper and eventually get the roof sprayed gloss black. this will be a very lengthy process any tips or experience on which parts/companies i could use? what upgrades have you done? it looks great |
