Td4 dcpu to utility conversion
Hi all,
Has anyone converted their 110 dcpu to utility?
Would love to see a build thread or some information on what's required.

Thanks all

In it's simplest form, it's basically roof, rear panels and rear door plus, of course, details like trim and wiring. If you also want to loose the bulkhead behind the rear seats then you'd need to replace the rear tub, too. Darren

You dont need to change the tub to remove the cargo bulkhead. It is fixed only with pop rivets (and seamsealer occasionally) inside the tub and with the capping.

That's good to know. I always thought they were more integral than that. Darren

A normal hard top bulkhead is spot welded at the front of the tub. The dcpu tub is just a csw one with the bulkhead added in. There are a few angled strips in the tub that the bulkhead is attached to.

Cheers for that info guys!
That's a handy site for parts Steve Thumbs Up
I had a chat with a mate yesterday about this and that's what I was thinking that it should be straight forward enough with the couple of panels mentioned above.
I wasn't planning on removing the cargo bulkhead or is there a reason that it needs to be removed/changed?
