Dash trim part query
I have only just noticed that there’s a hole in my dash, it clearly ought not to be there and my excuse for taking 2.5 years to notice is that I’m hardly ever a passenger...

I’ve looked up the Microcat helpfully supplied elsewhere on these boards but cannot work out the part. It looks like it could be an alternative site for the vent handle, but mine’s right hand drive and has the correct complement of two handles.

There is just a plastic grill there on mine, like the vent flap ones but without the cutout for the handle. Ray

as with Mk1 mine is just a plastic vent in that space.

part number for hole thing FAB012860PMA as the small plastic grill is no sold by its self


A4 sheet of black ABS plastic and make grill

Thanks chaps - I think I might try fabricating my own first. Although, Grafty that’s a very kind offer - if you do find them that would be excellent!
