So looking for some help!!
Recently while driving down a few tracks the Diff Lock decided to give up the ghost! Happily sitting in Low Range but not even feeling like shifting into Lock, although the stick was freely moving! After getting underneath today, I think there is a pin missing at the top of the linkage at the selector. Click image to enlarge Anyone able to shed some light on this!! What size pin/ bolt should be in there? What's the best way of replacing it? I have a 2003 TD5 (I think that makes it a LT230TE Transfer Box / R380 Gear box) Chris 2014 Discovery 4 TDV6 HSE 2003 Defender 90 TD5 CSW |

Or even better, fit an M6x25 as the hole is probably worn anyway. I filed out the slot in the lever arm slightly to get it to fit. Linkage will operate much better than if it is worn with the M5. Done this on two R380s now.
