I don't think that aircon makes any difference.

All the blowers etc hang underneath the passenger footwell. Directly below the wiper motor (I think)

The blower is in the same place and is the same blower as non-AC, it's on the engine side of the bulkhead. There's no room on the cab side. The only difference in the cab is the chiller heat-exchanger inside the heater unit.

So my wipers have gone mad again. Rolling Eyes
Last year I changed the wiper park switch, now they don't stop unless I switch the engine off.
I have bought another wiper park switch but i'm a bit worried that it might be the relay.
Does anyone have any ideas.

Thank you

Fabio

It is more likely to be the park switch, but the relay is easier to change to try.

You need to buy a second Defender so that you have one to try swapping parts with! Rolling with laughter

I think you are right Laughing
But as I have the park switch at home I'll try that first.
Thank you Blackwolf.

It wasn't a job i had been looking forward to but today I replaced my wiper park motor switch on my 2011 110SW. I needn't have been anxious. By following the detailed advice it all went very smoothly. Problem nicely sorted in no time at all. Thank you to the contributors who have kindly taken the time and effort to share their experience and knowledge.

Thanks for the write up Snorkers, carried out the park switch replacement with the minimum of fuss. The hardest part was putting the grab handle back on as the captive nuts are off centre.
