L90Andy, i think these are 2.5mm thick. i looked at these before i got my 6mm version made by dixon fabrications. 110 Defender 300tdi & Penman trailer with ally exped top and roof tent

That looks like a galv version of the one I bought from the same seller earlier in the year. He didn't have galv ones available at the time, unfortunately. Anyway, it's basically a standard bumper that's been reinforced across the centre between the chassis mounts and had the towing pin sockets welded in. It's bloomin' heavy and certainly gives the impression of being nice and strong but the powder coating isn't the best in the world.
