Ken - still waiting for your contribution to the purchase price, seeing as you started all this!

BigFog - Ken tried blaming you as you know, but as a fellow Kent boy you're safe. May still go for that rear view camera that you added, thanks for your info.

The plate is kinda keeping the theme going as I had LR09FUN on my 90. Not as sharp as LR110 XS though Laughing Simon

I still love the camera, it's helps stop me from squashing my kids when we go camping, and they come from Ramsgate!

Loving it! Very Happy Certainly a smoother ride than my 90, which is a nice thing!

I have noticed a slight "boing" noise though when I do quite sharp right turns. Sounds a bit like the noise a tennis ball would make if it was rolling in the back and hitting the metal of the inside panels - not a big noise, more a quiet and gentle thud! Have spoken to the dealer as I'm guessing it's coming from suspension somewhere? Apart from that all is good - certainly no regrets about getting another Defender or of switching to the 110.

I'm off to Salisbury Plain next Saturday (you may have seen in "Events"?) so that will be a good chance to get it off road and a bit less shiny! Thumbs Up Simon
