The windscreen to bulkhead seal is a very common source of leaks. Unless you want to raise the hardtop and separate the screen frame from the bulkhead one way of tackling the problem is to run a neat bead of good quality sealant along the join and as far inside as you can get once you've temporarily pulled the door seals away. Perhaps no more info than Miserableolgit has mentioned. You can buy a like for like replacement foam seal on eBay for around a fiver then it's just as above separate the hardtop/windscreen from bulkhead and replace seal! Apparently alot of work. I'd be keen to see if anyone has under took this as a DIY job with any tips. It's a job I wanted to do a while back but chickened out Sweep

It certainly shouldn't degrade in that short time,is the screen tight on the seal ?,it's not an easy job to replace as you have to raise the roof at front to gain access to it,as previously mentioned.

It's just a closed cell foam strip with adhesive tape on two sides - nothing special and available from lots of places (think trim and body supplies) either on a roll or by the length. I've replaced them on pre Puma Defenders before but would still run a bead of sealant around the joint new seal or not. Steve.

you could try loosening the clamp bolts each side if the screen, get someone to sit on the front of the roof and retighten, this has been done by a guy on here and it stopped the leak. 2.4 90 XS

I think I'gg with the silicone route. Do you guys recommend any good BLACK silicone? I also nottinced that the lip that truns along the windows sill is a couple of mm up to the middle section. I.e it seems ity is made of 3 pieces and water may be coming through that way. 110 Black Java Puma Utility, Kenlowe fan, bullbar, sides step, tinted windows, bluetoth, Scanguage, BAS,
