So you think LR service is bad!
We have a Honda EU10i petrol generator. This weekend the output from it become irregular, green voltage light flashing, caravan mains input light also flashing. Am guessing the voltage regulator on the generator is goosed.

Anyway tried contacting various generator suppliers in West Yorkshire who repair generators. How ever our generator is too small for them to repair. Contacted the chain of shops who I bought generator from and they suggested I contacted local Honda main generator dealer who is not far from us. It would save courier costs.
So I contacted West Yorkshire main Honda generator dealers and they quoted a minimum of two weeks to repair it an they would have to send it to Bolton (at my expense) to repair it!

Phoned Honda UK and asked them for details of repairers in West Yorkshire. Yes the West Yorkshire main Honda dealers have repair facilities on site! Oh no they don't! Their attitude was could not care less.

Honda UK do not respond to emails either!

Contacted small independent garden machinery repair guy. His electrical guy is on holiday until Saturday. Contacted him after 11am on Saturday and they will tell me prognosis!

Honda main dealers 0, local indy guy 1
