They do two events , the regular scramble, which gives you chance to see the businesses that are based at the old airfield and all related to classic cars ,planes, old race cars etc .
The flywheel event which is in mid summer is a festival of all things ,cars , aviation, and military, with a great " feel " to the event. At both events there is a car park full of fantastic vehicles and a big part of the gathering, as said a very interesting place and worth a visit for a petrolhead. Hopefully going in the series 1 one Sunday. Nick. |

I might have missed it but can you buy a ticket on the door? Id like to go but a 3month old in the house means event planning is currently more an aspiration than certainty! 2014 Keswick Utility 2.2

But that will be just like any other LR show, with the same vehicles on display, I’m not as excited about it!
The beauty of the Scramble events is the variety of vehicles there of all types and ages. It’s a good day out! |

Looks a great event! If I were closer I'd be visiting.

It was a good event today. Freezing cold but gorgeous sun.
It is an amazing venue, very interesting old RAF base with most of the buildings preserved and now used as workshops for classic car restoration businesses. I am looking forward to the Landrover show in May as I think it will be perfect at this venue. |

No pics sorry - phone died on me - duff battery.
There was some stunning stuff there though that would have been worth some pics. I will be taking the proper camera to the LR event |

Agreed, great day just a bit of a cold wind!
Some awesome stuff including some nice series Land Rovers and at least two tidy 2door classic Range Rovers. Really recommend these events |
