I have sexy 18" Bowlers, but my hubs don't do them justice looking a little worn, flat, perhaps a little rusty. I want to snazz them up.
What (if anything) do those wanting a clean, tidy and presentable hub to match their sexy wheels, do to improve and protect them? Any favoured coating or treatment or literally just some black metal paint with anti-corrosive properties? Or perhaps nothing? Thoughts welcome. Sandblast and powder coat them by a good shop.
Not easy to find though. I luckely have found one in Amsterdam. So if you are in the neighbourhood.... a defender from 1984 pretending to be a puma with a touch of Range Rover |

If you haven't got centre caps on your wheels you'll need to use the por15 top coat on top of the rust preventer too Ray

I just cleaned mine up and sprayed with gloss black hammerite out of a rattle can.
