Can someone advise me on where to find the gearbox breather on my tdci?

there is only ONE breather for both Transfer box and Gearbox, right?
as I have only extended one from them ... cheers |

Not exactly. The gearbox breather 'breathes' into the bellhousing. The transfer box breather is a traditional pipe. |

The breather for gearbox can be extended
But you will need to remove the gearbox I guess do it with a clutch job Cheers |

In the diagram, there is a tube connected to the part number 13, what may that be? And how do we plumb an extended hose to this? |

The transfer box and axles are already extended into the engine bay from the factory, you'll find them next to the heater. someone might have been in there and tucked them out of the way, but if they've not been extended far enough for your needs you can just add to the ends of the pipes in the engine bay.
I reckon with a bit of contortionism, it should be possible to cut the gearbox breather hose and just extend that too. |
