Less than 10k miles since conversion and a file with receipts of over £40k for all the work. Very rare opportunity to own such a rare build of this iconic legend!

The conversion was carried out by well-respected engineering company who also specialised in defenders. All the components were bought new. Engine, Gearbox, Transfer box, shafts, props, ARB lockers, brakes etc - All documented!

Sounds awesome and goes as you would expect! Turns heads and raises questions wherever it goes!
This special build has proven to be very reliable since its completion with only servicing required.

£25k - You couldn't build one for anything close to that!
Really difficult to value and i have canvassed opinion.. but happy to hear sensible / constructive feedback!!

GREAT spec my friend.
I see you've used a Turbo 400 Auto (almost unbreakable) which would be a great transmission on or off road.
I can imagine the fun you've had in it, a lovely relaxing drive, but when ya put the boot in?....all good!!!
Lovely Defender. Pickles.

None yet Pickles.. was expecting some or even some reaction! ha ha...

I have got it up with the showroom so is live in the usual places as of now.. and i may well do an auction.

Not tried that hard but just isn't getting the use it deserves!

And you are right... not withstanding buying the vehicle, there are way over £40k of receipts

That is one beast I'd love to own!! Wish the missus worked harder to pay for it Laughing
Got me thinking though....the 4.4v8 in my Range Rover would fit into a Defender?
