Thanks for the interest thus far.
Had a viewing this weekend and a drive out, by a genuinely nice guy, who I have dealt with on this forum previously. Unfortunately, he currently does not have the dosh for a number of weeks. 
No deposit, so therefore, still for sale."Them's the rules"
