Where to get a cheap Iphone to use the BASRRC

I have the BASRRC tool for remap/diagnostics etc which needs either Iphone/Ipad or Android to run. Whilst I do have access to these I have a Windows mobile. So I was thinking it might make sense to try and find a reliable old Iphone on PAYG to run the BAS tool and leave in the car as a secondary tracker (findmyIphone).

But where can you find a decent reliable cheap 2nd hand Iphone? A bit reluctant to just buy something off Ebay.

Or is this a silly idea?

Bought an Ipad mini from one of these stores for the IID tool, might be one near you and they come with a warrenty of the product does break down
