Bit of a odd one,
I agreed to have my seats re trimmed by a certain specialist whilst away working, I visited them and picked out the fabric colour I liked on another vehicle... Item a: My specification was outer part of the recaro's in leather, the inner the same alcantara as shown with a Red Cross stitch... These are what I received (very nice but to me a totally different shade) Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Now the next bit is where my concern arrises... when i queried them the response was ' interior was built 2 years ago this is due to lighter conditions in the photos and 2 years of shows and open top showroom and occasionally a little Yorkshire weather. Otherwise you have a matching alcantara with a stronger stitch colour and pattern. ' |

Alcantara does look different in certain lights, also the direction of the pile makes a difference. It does look quite different between the two photos though 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon
