Well one done, if anyone needs to take one out of a 110 Puma they're not a 5 minute job! Remove the internal plastic trim & the internal locators around the aluminium frame ( they slide to the corners )
Then it's a case of heavily masking around the external frame & using a long thin paint scraper ( ground sharp at the end) to cut through the mastic that bonds the frame to the panel. I also found it useful to use a craft knife from the inside to break the bond between the top of the frame & the panel ( surprising how a couple of millimetres hold the frame in place) |

Glad you have managed to get one out successfully. Knew they were bonded but hadn't a clue as to how to remove them.
Hopefully the second one will be slightly easier! |
