It isn't the freestyle but the name escapes me. They were fitted to the Safari edition Discoverys back in 1998

They look like ANR1689MNH Tornado alloy wheel.
STC8126 Sports alloy wheel is very similar but with narrower arms. It is hard to be precise. Both were optional in the 1995 Discovery options list.
Google both and see if you can get large photos of each type. 1982 88" 2.25 diesel

^^^correct Thumbs Up

I have a set on my 98 disco safari, although I did not realise they were specific to that model? Interesting, thanks for that.
I think Land Rover threw just about every extra left over in the stores on the Safari, only 1100 cars made and most went to the states in V8 form.

Just out of interest, the colour on your defender looks very similar to the Safari Disco too?
Im sure its Buckingham green, only used on that edition, I have seen a couple of silver ones too. 80" 80" 86" 88" 90"

I have tornadoes on mine and these are not the same. Think they are a LRDiscovery 1 or 2 wheel.

They are the Sports alloy - TWR were associated with them I think?

Tornados are fatter.

"Freestyle" was the name of the alloy wheel option pack which got you Tornados on a 90 or Deep Dish on a 110  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

As per Martin, they you were fitted to range rover classic and defenders, and used for the TWR special editions on the range rover classic. So hence they're often known as the TWR alloy.

Cheers, Steve
