Heres mine, ..

I moor it in my bedroom, in the top cupboard above my wardrobe. Very Happy

On a more serious note, me and some friends hired/charted a 40 odd foot yacht from Sunseekers once, sailed accross the Solant to Cowes. Great fun.

It's funny, the boat looks pretty cool then some MASSIVE superyacht pulls up next to you and makes you feel like your in a little dinghy! Defender 110XS SW gone... now VW California 180 4 Motion.

Wife's grandparents have one of these moored at Mylor - not pretty but it's very well made:

Good boat the Nimbus,, like most Scandinavian built boats, hence my Sweden Yacht Thumbs Up

You can still buy a new Fisher 46 in steel, alloy or like the original one, in GRP,, IIRC Northshore sold the moulds off a few years ago, and a few were built of steel in Holland ? California F1, 75th 110 "Kermit", 50th Ann V8, 90 V8 Hybrid, 55 Series 1

Northshore sold the moulds to my FIL! No more been built yet.

His was built in Holland though so you are half right!

You know your boats though. Are you in the boat business? Defender 110XS SW gone... now VW California 180 4 Motion.

Was, a good few years ago, but the interest is still their,

Hence the IIRC,,, must have been 8 years or so ago, I know the moulds etc were sold, and thought the plan was to build a few or them, California F1, 75th 110 "Kermit", 50th Ann V8, 90 V8 Hybrid, 55 Series 1

That is the plan and there has been a lot of interest but nothing actually made yet. Should you know anyone interested, give me a shout!

Their Fisher took AGES to build (in fact there is a claim in with the yacht builder who made it) so it probably was about 8 years ago. Impressed you know about it!

Buzz Aldrin had one! And some geezer from the Who (I think). Defender 110XS SW gone... now VW California 180 4 Motion.
