90 td5 SW tailgate door card

Hi

My rear tailgate light grey door card is pretty scratched up by a dog I think from previous life. Anyway it's a 52 plate Jan 03 model but I'm struggling to find the OEM part number and a genuine part online to replace it. Can you still get genuine trim parts like this?

Seems it is available in three colours...dark granite, grey and smething else in Russian on LR.cat.
